NASA Removes Engineering Change Proposals Clause from Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement

NASA has issued a final rule to remove the Engineering Change Proposals clause from its Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement, effective immediately, in response to a proposal submitted by the National Technology Transfer and Advancement Act of 1995
