HUD Increases Annual Premium for Section 184 Indian Housing Loan Guarantee Program

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is raising the annual premium for the Section 184 Indian Housing Loan Guarantee Program from 0.15% to 0.25% of the remaining loan balance to meet increasing demand for the program, which has seen a significant increase in loan approvals over the past five years.
