EPA Reissues 2016 Pesticide General Permit for Point Source Discharges

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has issued a new permit, replacing the existing 2011 permit, allowing point source discharges from pesticide applications in US waters for five years, effective October 31, 2016.
