US Postal Service Filing Request to Add Domestic Shipping Services Contract

The US Postal Service is submitting a request to the Postal Regulatory Commission to include a domestic shipping services contract in the Negotiated Service Agreements listed in the Mail Classification Schedule's Competitive Products List, effective on January 1, 2024.
