OFPP Proposes Revision to Government Aircraft Management Circular

The Office of Federal Procurement Policy is proposing to update the 1992 OMB Circular A-126 to clarify policies on government aircraft management and travel, following recommendations from the Interagency Committee for Aviation Policy.
