NYSE Grants Approval for Rule Change Affecting Special Purpose Acquisition Companies

The New York Stock Exchange has approved a proposed rule change to adjust the timing of complimentary products and services entitlements for Special Purpose Acquisition Companies, as outlined in Section 907.00 of the NYSE Listed Company Manual.
