General Electric Company Proposes Supersession of Airworthiness Directive for GEnx Turbofan Engines

The General Electric Company is proposing to supersede an existing airworthiness directive for its GEnx turbofan engine models, which would remove a specific part and update software to prevent engine failure and damage to the airplane.
