U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for New York Flood Damage Reduction Study

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will conduct public scoping meetings to gather input on a comprehensive flood damage reduction study for the upper Susquehanna River Basin in New York, in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act.
