US Department of Commerce Affirms China's 1-Hydroxyethylidene-1, 1-Diphosphonic Acid Sales Below Fair Value

The US Department of Commerce has preliminarily determined that 1-Hydroxyethylidene-1, 1-Diphosphonic Acid from China is being sold in the US at less than its fair market value, based on sales data from July 1, 2015 to December 31, 2015.
