NIST Requests Comments on Proposed Revisions to Regulations Regarding Federally Funded Inventions and Government Owned Inventions

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is seeking public input on proposed changes to its regulations, which include updates to patent laws, changes to the Bayh-Dole process, and revisions to the licensing application process for Federal laboratory collaborators, with a public meeting and webinar scheduled for November 21, 2016.
