HUD Updates Fair Market Rents for Dallas Housing Programs for Fiscal Year 2017

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has released revised Fair Market Rents (FMRs) for the Housing Choice Voucher Program and Moderate Rehabilitation Single Room Occupancy Program in Dallas, Texas, effective October 1, 2016, and trended to April 1, 2017, in response to a request from Inclusive Communities Project, Inc.
