U.S. Office of Personnel Management Issues Final Rule on Creditable Service for Career Tenure

The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) has removed the requirement for creditable service to be substantially continuous, allowing individuals to attain career tenure after completing at least 3 years of total creditable service.
