Manual for Courts-Martial: Department of Defense Publishes Supplementary Materials

The Joint Services Committee of the Joint Chiefs of Staff has published supplementary materials to the Manual for Courts-Martial, which have been approved by the JSC and the Department of Defense's General Counsel. These materials are effective as of their publication in the Federal Register and do not represent the official position of the Department of Defense or other government agencies.
