EPA Announces Public Meeting for Assumable Waters Subcommittee

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is hosting a public meeting for the Assumable Waters Subcommittee, a subcommittee of the National Advisory Council for Environmental Policy and Technology (NACEPT), to discuss clarifying assumable waters for dredge and fill permit programs under the Clean Water Act.
