Medicaid Program; Announcement of Medicaid Drug Rebate Program National Rebate Agreement

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is proposing changes to the Medicaid National Drug Rebate Agreement (NDRA) to reflect legislative and regulatory updates, as well as structural revisions, including updated data collection forms and electronic reporting requirements, effective since the agreement's publication in the Federal Register on February 21, 1991 (56 FR 7049).
