Bats BZX Exchange, Inc. Filing for Rule Change to Enhance Disqualification Restrictions

Bats BZX Exchange, Inc. has filed a proposed rule change to amend its Rule 2.5, which restricts members and associated persons of disqualified individuals from participating in the exchange, in an effort to strengthen its regulatory framework and prevent potential market manipulation.
