Bats EDGX Exchange, Inc. Files Proposed Rule Change to Restrict Members and Associated Persons with Statutory Disqualifications

Bats EDGX Exchange, Inc. has filed a proposed rule change with the SEC to amend EDGX Rule 2.5, restricting members and associated persons who are or become subject to a statutory disqualification from participating in the exchange
