OSHA Confirms Effective Date for Hexavalent Chromium Standards
OSHA is confirming the effective date of its direct final rule revising employee notification requirements for Hexavalent Chromium standards, which will now take effect on June 15, 2010, as no significant adverse comments were received by the April 16, 2010 deadline.
