EPA Grants Access to Confidential Business Information to Eastern Research Group, Inc.

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has authorized its contractor, Eastern Research Group, Inc. (ERG), a company based in Lexington, Massachusetts, to access confidential business information related to the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) submissions.
