Public Comment Period Opened for CAPRICE Vessel Waiver Request

The U.S. Maritime Administration (MARAD) is seeking public comments on a request for an administrative waiver of the coastwise trade laws for the vessel CAPRICE, which would allow it to operate without meeting the U.S.-build requirement. The waiver request is open for public review and comment.
