FMCSA Extends SC&RA Exemption for Oversize/Overweight Loads Under FAST Act

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has extended the expiration date of the 2015 exemption granted to the Specialized Carriers and Rigging Association (SC&RA) for transporting oversized and overweight loads, allowing it to remain in effect until June 17, 2020, as mandated by the Fixing America's Surface Transportation Act (FAST Act)
