FERC Seeks Public Input on Electric Storage Resource Utilization

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) is seeking public input on the utilization of electric storage resources as transmission assets, compensated through transmission rates, for grid support services, and for multiple services. The FERC will also hold a technical conference to discuss the matter further.
