US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds Japanese Carbon Steel Plate Sold at Less Than Fair Value
The US Department of Commerce has found that certain carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate from Japan is being sold in the US at less than its fair market value, and has postponed its final determination until further review.
