Cummins Filtration has received an amended certification from the US Department of Labor regarding its eligibility to apply for worker adjustment assistance following the closure of its Lake Mills, IA facility, which affected on-site leased workers from Manpower and Spherion Staffing, as well as on-site workers from Hagemeyer North America.
