Medicaid Program; Covered Outpatient Drug; Delay in Change in Definitions of States and United States

The Covered Outpatient Drug final rule with comment period has been delayed until April 1, 2020, from its original April 1, 2017, effective date for including U.S. territories in the definition of 'States' and 'United States'.
