HUD Implements Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act of 2013 in Housing Programs

The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has implemented the requirements of the 2013 reauthorization of the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), expanding housing protections to HUD programs and providing enhanced protections for victims of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking.
