National Marine Fisheries Service Reopens Public Comment Period for Proposed Rule on Hawaiian Spinner Dolphins

The National Marine Fisheries Service is extending the public comment period for a proposed rule under the Marine Mammal Protection Act, which aims to protect Hawaiian spinner dolphins from swimming with and approaching humans within 50 yards, for an additional 15 days.
