VA Seeks Public Comment on Proposed Changes to Disability Benefits Questionnaires

The Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA), part of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), is seeking public input on proposed changes to its collection of information related to disability benefits for certain medical conditions. The proposed changes include updates to VA Forms 21-0960A-1, 21-0960B-1, and 21-0960C-1, which are used to gather medical information from claimants' treating physicians.
