U.S. Department of Energy Proposes Subsequent Arrangement Under U.S.-Argentina Nuclear Cooperation Agreement

The U.S. Department of Energy is issuing a notice regarding a proposed subsequent arrangement under the terms of the U.S.-Argentina Nuclear Cooperation Agreement, which falls under the Atomic Energy Act of 1954. This arrangement is being proposed in accordance with Article 6, Section 2 of the agreement.
