U.S. Department of Energy Grants Authority for Natural Gas and LNG Imports and Exports

The U.S. Department of Energy's Office of Fossil Energy issued orders in September 2016 granting permission to import and export natural gas and liquefied natural gas (LNG), and revoked previous authority, which can be found on the FE Web site at http://energy.gov/fe/listing-doefe-authorizationsorders-issued-2016.
