US Department of Commerce Announces Final Results of Antidumping Duty Review on Japanese Seamless Pipe

The US Department of Commerce has concluded its review of antidumping duties on certain large diameter carbon and alloy seamless standard, line, and pressure pipe from Japan, finding that four Japanese companies, including NKK Tubes, JFE Steel Corporation, Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metal Corporation, and Sumitomo Metal Industries, Ltd., have been selling the subject merchandise at less than fair value in the US market.
