Amtrak Seeks FRA Approval for PTCSP Revision 4.0

Amtrak has submitted a request to the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) for approval of its Positive Train Control Safety Plan (PTCSP) Revision 4.0, which is part of its Advanced Civil Speed Enforcement System II (ACSES II) system, following a letter dated September 14, 2016.
