EPA Allocates Cross-State Air Pollution Rule Allowances for 2016 Compliance Year

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized the allocation of emission allowances for certain units under the Cross-State Air Pollution Rule (CSAPR) for the 2016 compliance year, as part of the NO X Ozone Season Trading Program.
