EPA Submits Renewal Request for Environmental Regulations on Copper, Zinc, Lead, Aluminum, and Ferroalloy Production

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has submitted a request for renewal of environmental regulations covering copper, zinc, lead, aluminum, and ferroalloy production facilities, seeking an additional 30-day public comment period following a previously announced 60-day comment period that ended in May 2016.
