Update to Clean Air Act Refrigerant Management Requirements to Protect Stratospheric Ozone

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has updated the Clean Air Act regulations to strengthen leak repair requirements, improve recordkeeping for appliance disposal, and enhance technician certification for refrigerant management, aiming to reduce emissions of ozone-depleting substances and gases with high global warming potentials.
