Exemptions To Facilitate Intrastate and Regional Securities Offerings

The SEC is adopting amendments to modernize Rule 147 under the Securities Act of 1933 to facilitate intrastate and regional securities offerings, while maintaining investor protections. The changes will allow issuers to raise capital through intrastate crowdfunding provisions and provide additional investor protections.
