EPA Revises Arizona Regional Haze Plan for Phoenix Cement Company and CalPortland Cement

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is revising portions of the Arizona Regional Haze Federal Implementation Plan to replace control technology demonstration requirements for nitrogen oxides at two cement plants with revised recordkeeping and reporting requirements, following analysis of a successful demonstration project at another facility.
