EPA Approves and Disapproves Alabama's Air Plan for NO2 NAAQS

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has taken final action to partially approve and disapprove parts of Alabama's State Implementation Plan (SIP) to ensure the state meets Clean Air Act requirements for the 2010 1-hour nitrogen dioxide national ambient air quality standards (NAAQS).
