U.S. Office of Personnel Management Issues Final Rule on Veterans' Preference

The U.S. Office of Personnel Management has finalized a rule expanding veterans' preference eligibility and aligning its regulations with the VOW to Hire Heroes Act of 2011, which treats active duty service members as preference eligibles.
