EPA Proposes to Approve and Disapprove Oklahoma Air Quality Implementation Plans

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve and disapprove elements of Oklahoma's State Implementation Plan for meeting the 2012 Fine Particulate Matter and 2010 Sulfur Dioxide National Ambient Air Quality Standards, citing issues with visibility protection and a previous submission.
