HHS Establishes New Department-Wide System of Records for Outside Experts, Deletes Four Obsolete Systems

In accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974, HHS is creating a new system to track recruitment and administrative records of outside experts, while deleting four outdated systems, to streamline its mission-related committee and assignment processes.
