PBGC Seeks OMB Approval for Termination Premium Information Collection

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) is requesting the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to extend approval for the collection of information related to the termination premium under its Payment of Premiums regulation, without any changes, until February 28, 2017.
