EPA Proposes Partial Approval and Disapproval of Louisiana New Source Review State Implementation Plan Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to partially approve and partially disapprove revisions to the Louisiana New Source Review State Implementation Plan, which includes changes to air permit procedures and construction permit rules submitted by the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality.
