EPA Approves Florida's Air Plan to Meet 2010 NO2 NAAQS

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized its approval of the State of Florida's plan to meet the 2010 1-hour nitrogen dioxide national ambient air quality standards (NAAQS), which is a requirement under the Clean Air Act (CAA).
