Northeast Multispecies Fishery Management Plan to Reduce Georges Bank Haddock Catch Cap
The Northeast Multispecies Fishery Management Plan is revising the 2016 fishing year Georges Bank haddock catch cap for the herring midwater trawl fishery, following an overage in the 2015 fishing year, to account for the overage and as an accountability measure to mitigate the 2015 overage.
