US Department of Commerce Finalizes Antidumping Duty Review on Certain Uncoated Paper from Portugal

The US Department of Commerce has confirmed its preliminary results of a changed circumstances review of the antidumping duty order on uncoated paper from Portugal, determining that The Navigator Company and its successor, Portucel, are entitled to the cash deposit rate.
