EPA Determines Washington's Municipal Solid Waste Landfill Permit Program Meets Federal Requirements

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has deemed Washington's Municipal Solid Waste Landfill Permit Program sufficient to meet federal standards, following a review of the program's compliance with the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act and the Hazardous and Solid Waste Amendments.
