FRA Issues Safety Advisory to Address Railroad Worker Fatalities

The Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) has issued Safety Advisory 2016-02 to remind railroads and railroad contractors of the importance of identifying hazardous conditions and taking actions to mitigate them, following a review of National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) recommendations to improve roadway worker safety.
