HUD Solicits Comments on Public Housing Income Limit Implementation Under Housing Opportunity Through Modernization Act of 2016

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is seeking public input on its plan to introduce an income limit to the Public Housing program, as mandated by the Housing Opportunity Through Modernization Act of 2016, which was signed into law by President Barack Obama on July 29, 2016.
