Citigroup Global Markets, Inc. Seeks Exemptions from ERISA and IRS Rules

Citigroup Global Markets, Inc. and the Boston Carpenters Apprenticeship and Training Fund have submitted proposed exemptions to the Department of Labor, seeking relief from certain restrictions under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 and the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.
